APIPIA design the certificate of Taipei Prominent Enterprise Award for Taipei City Government. The concept of "blessing" as project core essence and transformed them into visual illustrations. We use lines as a foundational element, it follows the light changes, and the light flashes, creating touched and lyrical vistas. It is stated that the Taipei City Government and winners have created new opportunities for Industries with a bright future.
